Margaret C. Scavotto
Margaret C. Scavotto practices in the areas health care law and corporate law. She drafts and negotiates purchase contracts for a multi-hospital group purchasing organization in areas such as pharmaceuticals, major medical equipment, software and medical-surgical supplies.
Ms. Scavotto drafts and negotiates professional service contracts and employment contracts for health care providers, and drafts policies and bylaws for health care providers. She also advises clients on HIPAA and other regulatory issues. In addition, she represents nurses and social workers before state licensing agencies.
Ms. Scavotto also helps hospitals and other health care providers, and developers of assisted living and skilled nursing facilities obtain Certificates of Need from the Missouri Health Facilities Review committee.
Margaret earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
