Margaret M. Mooney has extensive experience in litigation, administrative proceedings and alternative dispute resolution involving education, employment, contracts, torts and construction issues.

Ms. Mooney represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of civil contexts, writes employment and education policies, presents seminars on special education, employment, civil procedure and construction. She has acted as a State Hearing Officer for special education due process hearings.

Peg has been selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. She earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
