Kenneth C. Brostron
Kenneth C. Brostron has over thirty years of trial work and has defended healthcare providers and attorneys in professional negligence claims. He also has counseled businesses and government agencies in all aspects of their operations including disputes involving intellectual property and technology. He is also well known for his work in education law as well as state and United States constitutional matters.
Mr. Brostron has been chief negotiator in labor discussions and lead counsel in a wide variety of complex litigation. In addition, he has significant experience involving employment practices and general liability issues. His clients rely on his negotiation skills, including his mediation training, to avoid litigation and his trial experience to defend clients against claims for errors and omissions, professional negligence, claims involving medical products and clients' conduct involving their fiduciary obligations as officers and directors.
He has tried well over one hundred fifty jury trials to verdict, including many trials involving high risk and significant exposure to his clients.
Ken is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He has also been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 in the fields of Medical Malpractice Law and Personal Injury Litigation (Copyright 2009 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, SC) for more than ten straight years and was selected for inclusion in Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers including the Top 50 lawyers in St. Louis. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law.
