John Fox Arnold has represented developers and owners during acquisition and construction of governmental, commercial and urban redevelopment projects. In addition, he has structured sales tax rebate, tax abatement, and tax increment financing and served as counsel in tax incentivized transactions.

Mr. Arnold has served as bond counsel, special counsel and underwriter's counsel for general obligation and revenue bond obligations for prospects in which billions of dollars have been inverted.

John has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 in the field of Corporate Law (Copyright 2009 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, SC) and is a member of the American Arbitration Association Panel of Commercial Arbitrators. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.
