Allison Schreiber Lee
Allison Schreiber Lee focuses her practice on family law, domestic relations, criminal defense, civil litigation, and prosecution of the tobacco industry on behalf of numerous Missouri hospitals. Her extensive experience and knowledge is invaluable as she assertively and consistently advocates for her clients' best interests.
Ms. Lee represents both men and women in divorces, motions to modify child support, custody and maintenance and seeking and defending against Orders of Protection. Her representation of both husbands and wives gives her a unique understanding of what the other side is planning in litigation.
In addition, Ms. Lee's practice has included the investigation and preparation of document-intensive multi-party products liability litigation from inception to trial. She has conducted more than 40 jury trials to verdict and over 100 non-jury trials to verdict. Plus, she has taken, prepared and defended numerous expert and lay witnesses for deposition.
Ms. Lee has argued Motions to Modify, Motions to Dismiss, discovery motions and Motions for Protective Order in courts throughout Missouri. She has also drafted legal briefs, Motions for Summary Judgment, Motions to Dismiss, and Suggestions in Support thereof.
Allison serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Washington University School of Law where she teaches Pre-trial Practice and Procedure. She earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
